How do I order by credit card?
Just browse through the titles until you see what you like and click the "Add to Cart" button. When you are ready to checkout, click the "your cart" icon at the top right corner of every page. All discounts (2nd DVD & additional are discounted $10 for each one) will be shown at checkout. Click the "back" button on your browser to keep shopping.

I want to order a VHS tape.
Do people still just use VHS? Just kidding. I only have VHS versions of all my movies for I Need 2 Pee & those can be found & easily ordered from Patches Place.

What's the return policy?
No refunds, just like any other media your buy at a store. If the copy is defective or broken the SAME video will be re- mailed to you,

Why is it taking so long to ship?
If you are in the USA and asking this question... the answer is so simple. Because it's not coming from the USA! It must go through your countries customs policies and it's possibly coming from a very remote area overseas. I don't live in the USA and don't ship from there. If you are super worried about that or want to get it RIGHT away then please visit Patches Place for I Need 2 Pee videos.
In the rare case that either it's been misdirected or lost to customs a same video will be mailed to you.

How will it be shipped? I don't want my mailman knowing!
Don't worry, it's mailed in a plain brown envelope with no markings, no text & no pictures. It will be from "Zombie G" and that's all anyone needs to know.

What region are the DVDs?
They are universal. I've had no problems with orders to the UK, Europe and no complaints yet.

For Mail In orders what kind of payment do you take?
INTERNATIONAL Money Orders ( so for those in the US, make sure you get International ones, thanks) and hidden cash. No personal checks please.
